Groupies:

Greater Lehigh Valley Writer's Group: GLVWG.org One of the writer's groups I belong to.  A very active, excellent group with a killer annual conference coming up March 27-28th '09.  I recommend it highly.  Check it out.  Full disclosure: I'm Vebmeister.

PLRW.org Pocono Lehigh Romance Writers.  Yup, I'm a member there too, and the RWA, Romance Writers of America.  Most of my writing has a strong, er, romantic element.   RWA chapters have the best on-line courses for writers available.

After one on-line course a bunch of us formed an on-line critique group that is still going strong.  Great group, very supportive.

You know who you are.

Pennwriters.org  Pennsylvania and surrounding states based writer's group, but with members from around the world.  An outstanding organization with an annual conference that'll knock your socks off.  May 14-15-16-17th. in Pittsburgh, PA.    Lisa Scottolini is keynote speaker this year.
